Hello! 
Today, I present to you a collaboration with my wife.
She is preparing an online store offering articles for geeks and rolists (role-playing players).
She needs illustrations to make wood engravings, using a laser engraver.
To give me an idea of what she wants to achieve, she did these four preparatory sketches.
Based on her ideas and drawing inspiration from illustrations found on the internet, I made 24 small thumbnails, to explore the subject as much as possible.
She choose this proposal, which was ultimately the most consistent with her original idea.
So I reworked it in a slightly larger format.
Then I reworked it again on an A4 format, trying to plan the work I’ll have to do afterwards in order to adapt it in vector drawing on my computer.
Once the drawing was scanned, I used it as a basis to redraw it entirely by hand in vector drawing.
Once the file was finished, I sent it to my wife who prepared it for the engraving and she made this first piece, after some tests to calibrate the machine.
We are very happy with the result! We will keep you informed of the progress of this RPG shop project!
